He has been a senior resident in pathology at Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute, Kolkata for 1 year and is currently working as Junior Consultant in Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Howrah, West Bengal. He is trained in flowcytometry and Laboratory Quality Management. His main area of interest is hematopatholgy, particularly childhood leukemias.
